Two types of "souffle waffles" will be released on March 15th at each Ginza Cozy Corner store (excluding some stores). The price is 180 yen per piece (excluding tax).

This is a waffle with a new texture that is particular about the material, manufacturing method, and shape. For the waffle skin, high-quality wheat flour is selected and baked slowly over low heat to give it a light souffle-like texture. An auspicious "gourd" shape that means "spreading toward the end".

"Souffle waffle (whipped & custard)" is a moist and fluffy dough sandwiched between custard with vanilla beans and whipped cream.


"Souffle waffle (Uji matcha & ogura)" is a sandwich of "Okoncha (matcha that is served at a formal tea ceremony)" cream that makes the most of the astringency and bitterness, and a mildly sweet grained bean paste. Uses Uji matcha carefully selected by the tea master, Yu Kobayashi.
