The new spring tart "Citrus and Matcha Madeleine Tart" is on sale from March 1st at each Kirfebon store. The price is 668 yen per piece, 3,456 yen for the 17 cm hole, and 6,372 yen for the 25 cm hole, all including tax.


This is a gorgeous tart with plenty of orange and Hyuganatsu. The moist baked matcha madeleine is combined with the sour Calamansi (a type of citrus cultivated in Southeast Asia) mousse. You can enjoy the taste of juicy fruits and matcha. Limited time until around the end of April.
