Milk 50ml (1.69us fl oz)
Appropriate amount of salad oil

● How to make
Stick a bamboo skewer into the cracked cheese.Add milk to the pancake mix and mix, then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
Stretch the dough, wrap it so that the cracked cheese is completely hidden, and mold it. Make sure the stitches on the fabric are tight. If the dough is sticky, add a little vegetable oil to the palm to prevent it from sticking.
Heat the frying oil and fry at low temperature for about 5 minutes and you're done! The point is to fry it slowly so that the cheese inside melts.
● What is the taste?
Crisp and crunchy mouthfeel. The inside of the dough is fluffy and chewy, and the heated and softened cheese stretches out. The slightly sweet and juicy dough that contains oil and the light taste and richness of cheese are a perfect match!I think that the reproducibility is high even though it is easily made with familiar ingredients, even if it is not comparable to the authentic hatgu.
