Material (6 pieces)
Hot cake mix 150g (5.29oz)2 tablespoons each of plain yogurt and water
6 sausages, beaten egg, appropriate amount
How to make
Mix yogurt and water in a bowl.
Add the pancake mix and mix roughly with a spatula to combine them into one.
Divide into 6 equal parts and stretch into an elongated plate.
Wrap the sausage in the stretched dough and spread the beaten egg on the surface.
Bake in an oven warmed to 180 degrees for 15 minutes to complete.
