Sucre-rie's "cream puff" "pudding"

A pastry shop "Sucre-rie" where you can line up. There are shops in Ningyocho and Kanda in Tokyo (at the time of writing the article).

A popular product that you want to eat side by side is "cream puff" (260 yen including tax). In front of the Kanda store I visited this time, there was a board with the sales time of cream puffs written on it. When I arrived at the store around 12:20 with the aim of selling from 12 o'clock, the last two cream puffs were. Barely safe.

The cream puff is characterized by the dough topped with sesame seeds. The fabric is so hard that you can hear the crispy sound. The sesame seeds add a crispy texture to it. This combination is insanely delicious!

Plenty of sesame seeds

The cream inside is chubby and smooth. The deep richness of the egg wraps the aroma of the dough. Sesame is a good accent not only in texture but also in taste. Gives lightness to the thick cream and finishes it with exquisite taste. It's good to eat, but I feel like eating about 5 more.

Sweet and fragrant

Another recommended item is "pudding" (320 yen including tax). Cheese souffle is layered on top of the pudding.

Layered

A fluffy souffle and a pudding that is so thick that you can drink it. Both have a delicate mouthfeel and do not require teeth. Deep richness remains even after passing the throat. The caramel in the bottom is a good complement to the whole.

Pudding is a drink

Both cream puffs and puddings have a unique accent, and they are delicious and you will want to eat them many times. I decided to go buy it for myself and for souvenirs.
