Sankt Gallen's "Chocolate Glass"
Enjoy with chocolate beer

A limited edition of 800 chocolate-flavored beer "Imperial Chocolate Stout" and edible chocolate glasses will be on sale. It will be handled by Sankt Gallen from February 2nd.

Imperial chocolate stout is not sweet but has a bitter taste because it has a chocolate-like flavor that is brought out by the raw material of beer called "chocolate malt" that is roasted at high temperature instead of cacao. The foam is hard and black like a shake, and the alcohol content is as high as 9%. Can be aged for 2 years like wine.

On the other hand, a chocolate glass is a container made of real chocolate. Not only can you pour chocolate beer and drink it, but you can also eat the glass itself.

Sankt Gallen's "Chocolate Glass"
Can be eaten crunchy

Mr. Masashi Yanagi, a pastry chef, has carefully selected cacao that goes well with beer and finished each one by hand. The scent of cacao in a glass goes well with the scent of chocolate beer, and the scent that drifts when you pour the beer, the scent that goes through your nose when you put it in your mouth, and the lingering sound after you finish drinking are said to be pleasant.
