At each Lawson store in Nagasaki Prefecture, the dessert "Biwa and Mikan Castella Roll Cake" and the sweet bread "Kirishipan" using ingredients from Nagasaki Prefecture will be on sale from January 22nd. Collaboratively developed with students from Nagasaki Nishi High School.

Biwa and Mikan Castella Roll Cake is a dessert made by combining a castella-style dough with cream containing jelly using Nagasaki Prefecture mikan and topped with Nagasaki Prefecture loquat sauce. The price is 195 yen (tax included).

On the other hand, Kirishipan is baked by wrapping Nagasaki's local confectionery "Kankoromochi" (a type of rice cake mixed with sweet potatoes), salted margarine, and Nagasaki Prefecture's mikan jam in a dough made from Goto-nada salt. Sweet potato bread. The price is 140 yen (tax included).
