A new menu will be available at the Doutor Coffee Shop on January 17th. Introducing food, drinks and sweets that are perfect for winter.

"Milan Sand Camembert and Shrimp Gratin" is a sandwich of rich penne macaroni-filled gratin with bread. Plenty of shrimp, Gouda shrimp cheese, and Camembert cheese are placed on the gratin. The price is 450 yen (tax included, same below).


"Hojicha latte" is a latte made from a blend of two types of tea leaves with different personalities, topped with whipped cream. The mellow taste of milk and the fragrant flavor of roasted green tea stand out. The price is S size 340 yen.

"Ginger Cocoa ~ Marshmallow ~" is a combination of chocolate-flavored cocoa, chopped domestic ginger, domestic ginger juice, and domestic ginger powder, plus an original ginger sauce. You can enjoy the sweetness of cocoa, the spicy spiciness, and the soft and melty texture of marshmallows. The price is S size 380 yen.

"Ginger Hojicha Latte ~ Marshmallow ~" is a roasted green tea latte topped with marshmallow, ginger sauce, and domestic ginger powder. The price is S size 400 yen.


"Crispy Blonde Chocolate Mille Crepes" is a sweet made by layering caramel-flavored whipped cream, 4 layers of crispy blonde chocolate, and 3 layers of caramel sauce on a crepe dough containing caramel. The top is finished with caramel-flavored glasage and caramel-flavored napage. The price is 420 yen.


"Aomori apple chiboust" is a sweet made by layering apareil with milk and Hokkaido cream on pie dough, and chiboust cream with Aomori apple, custard cream and meringue boiled in caramel. The top surface is burned with powdered sugar and coated with napage. The price is 420 yen.
