Four new strawberry sweets will be released on January 6th at a store that sells fresh cakes at the Ginza Cozy Corner.

"Strawberry and pistachio cake" is a cake made by sandwiching strawberry jam and strawberry cream with a pistachio sponge and layering pistachio mousse. A refreshing match between pistachios and sour strawberries. The price is 540 yen (tax included, same below).


"Strawberry milk tart" is a cake made by sandwiching strawberry and milk cream with a strawberry-flavored sponge in the image of "strawberry milk". It seems that the sweet and sour taste of strawberry cream and the mellowness of milk cream are in harmony. The price is 518 yen.


"Petit Selection -Many Strawberry- (9 pieces)" is a set of petit cakes where you can enjoy the deliciousness of strawberries. Strawberries are used in all cakes. The price is 2,916 yen.


"Strawberry Shoe Boat" is a large eclair with plenty of strawberry, cream and custard in the choux pastry. The surface is coated with strawberry flavored chocolate. 17 cm long, for about 4 people. The price is 1,490 yen.
