At each Marugame Seimen store, "Manpuku Kanitama Ankake" will be released on December 18th (excluding some stores). Limited time until late January 2019. Prices start at 690 yen (tax included).
"Manpuku Kanitama Ankake", which was also popular last year (2017), is a rich red snow crab filled with the body and umami, and a hot egg ankake with dashi stock. A dish that you can enjoy together. This year, the taste and texture of mushrooms are added by combining shiitake mushrooms and enoki mushrooms. You can enjoy the luxurious taste of winter.
