At each Bamiyan store, the stall menus "Biangbiang noodles" and "Tower katayakisoba of shrimp and rape blossoms" in Xi'an, China will be on sale from March 18 (excluding some stores). Limited time until June 2nd (subject to change).

"Biangbiang noodles" is a mixed soba noodle that is a mixture of homemade wide noodles and a pungent spicy and umami sauce that is a blend of chili peppers, Chinese peppers, and octagons. Boiled pork that is softly finished with a special soy sauce sauce is combined. The price is 769 yen for in-store food and drink (tax included, same below), 755 yen for To go, and 820 yen for home delivery.


On the other hand, "Shrimp and Rape Flower Tower Kata Yakisoba" is a dish that combines a specially developed crispy noodle with a special ankake made from chicken and scallop extract on a pork bone base. Plenty of shrimp and rape blossoms are entwined with a generous amount of ankake with a gentle taste. There is also a height, and a new menu full of volume. The price is 879 yen for in-store food and drink, 863 yen for To go, and 920 yen for home delivery.
