"Large oyster spicy yakisoba-with spice chips-" is a dish finished with homemade yakisoba noodles and a special spicy sauce with oyster sauce. The oysters from Hiroshima prefecture, which were selected with particular attention to size, are powdered and fried to tightly confine the umami.
