"Tonosama Calvi" is about a 3-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station on the JR Yamanote Line. It is a "one-person yakiniku set meal specialty store" where you can enjoy grilling yourself.


There is one gas stove for each person at the counter seats lined up in a row. All-you-can-eat kimchi, bean sprout namul, and spinach are available on the table.




There are three types of meat (kalbi) offered: "Gokumi Hidden Sauce", "Gokumitsu Shio Onion Sauce", and "Spicy Yakuzen Sauce". The set meal starts from one layer of meat (690 yen, the same applies below including tax). Each set meal comes with rice (large serving) and soup. Rice can be changed to glass beer and edamame (small) from 17:00.


This time, I ordered 3 layers to enjoy the taste of 3 kinds of sauce. The price is 1,400 yen.


■ Extreme secret sauce
The basic sauce of Tonosama ribs. The sweetness of the fruit is as good as it is, and the sauce is rich in dietary fiber with cocoa mass.


■ Extremely salted green onion sauce
Enjoy the rich flavor of pepper and the flavor of lemon. Two kinds of green onions bring out the umami, and it is finished in a pickled rib made with umami salted green onions.


■ Spicy medicinal sauce
Yangnyeom (medicinal spicy miso) sauce finished by kneading several kinds of spices. You can enjoy the refreshing spiciness.


All of them are soaked in the taste of the sauce and are delicious! Personally, I recommend the "Gokujou Shio Onion Sauce," which allows you to enjoy a relatively refreshing flavor. There is a decent amount, so it's perfect when you want to enter and enjoy yakiniku alone. The desire for yakiniku is fully satisfied.


Takadanobaba "Tonosama Calvi" is recommended for those who want to eat yakiniku but it's a little difficult to enter by themselves. Why not take a peek at dinner or lunch time?
