Kogane Maze Kalbi Set

This set includes meat seasoned with sweet and spicy bulgogi-style sauce, mixed with an egg, and grilled to enjoy a different kind of yakiniku.

It is said that the meat is cooked after the egg is mixed with the bulgogi-style sauce, so that the flavor of the beef fat is not lost.
