At each Sushiro store, the "Death Menu" introduced in the TV program "Akindo Sushiro !?" has been revived. "Tuna Ohagi" will be on sale for a limited time from October 17th.

This was selected in the "Death Menu Restaurant" section of the program. At Sushiro, about 600 kinds of menus are newly developed annually, and about 60 kinds are actually sold. This time, unfortunately, the tuna botamochi that has been "dead" will be revived and will appear in stores.


The menu has a great impact on the appearance, with "magutaku", which is made by adding takuan to tuna tataki, wrapped in sushi rice and topped with "olive wasabi" that suppresses spiciness and emphasizes the flavor.
