I tried the "egg toast set" (600 yen). A poached egg on a thick slice of butter toast about 3 cm. Coarsely ground salt is topped with fluffy.

The ears of bread are crispy and fragrant, and have a moderate texture. The inside is fluffy and chewy, and the flavor of wheat complemented by butter is fragrant. Hmmm, it feels like Dean & DeLuca. The bread is insanely delicious.

If you entwin a lot of Toro Toro's eggs here and cheek ... it's just the best! The salt tightens the rich and rich yolk and gently unwinds it in your mouth.
