Chocolat Mont Blanc

Montblanc is made by wrapping meringue, chocolate cream and chocolate ganache in cream using European marron. The finish is topped with shaving chocolate, cocoa powder and chocolate with a logo. The price is 480 yen (tax included).


Maron cream is a little heavy and has a mellow texture. The fluffy chocolate cream overlaps with the sweetness of marron and spreads the deep richness.


The base meringue is the accent of the texture. As it is coated with chocolate, it remains crispy without absorbing the surrounding moisture. You can enjoy a smooth cream and a light texture at the same time.
