At each Sushiro store, "Luxury Matching Zushi", which is a combination of "luxury material", will be on sale for a limited time from August 24th to September 9th. Sushi made by combining two or more "luxury ingredients". There are 7 types in the lineup.

Steamed abalone, sea urchin, salmon roe, "4 kinds of golden assortment" with Kazunoko Matsumaezuke, "Forbidden meat shirako" with truffle and porcini flavor added to upper ribs and shirako, rich in roasted scallops "Enchanted sea urchin hotate" with sea urchin. There are a limited number of luxurious sushi that are particular about the ingredients and combinations.
