The black cups contain kiritanpo, vermicelli, and soup stock. First, warm the kiritanpo in the microwave with the whole bag. Then, put everything in the cup, pour hot water and wait for 3 minutes.
Four thick kiritanpo are placed in the freshly made soup. The texture is glutinous and the rice has just the right amount of graininess. The soup soaks into the kiritanpo and the juicy parts are also delicious.
Hinai Jidori Soy Sauce Flavor
In addition to soy sauce and Hinai Jidori chicken broth, the Hinai Jidori Soy Sauce Flavor soup contains bonito extract, burdock root, and maitake mushrooms.
