This is a seasonal product using potatoes from Hokkaido, which is in season from August to September. Yakisoba expresses a simple yet addictive taste of potatoes and mayonnaise with salt and pepper.
Hokuhoku French fries made from 100% Hokkaido potatoes are used as ingredients. In addition, it comes with a sprinkle of flavored vegetable flakes and sea lettuce, red pepper, and black pepper, and a special plain mayonnaise.
