A special edition of the classic flavor "Myojo Stir Fried Taiko" that has been on sale since 2013 in the "Myojo Ippei-chan Yoten no Yakisoba" series. It is said that it is a large-scale type that uses unique ingredients.

The chewy medium-thick noodles are combined with the “almost mentaiko” ingredients, “mentaiko-style kamaboko,” which look, taste, and have a crushed texture. 45% of mentaiko is used in fish paste products.

The sauce is based on pork extract, with fish sauce and salt sauce containing seafood extract, and the scent of roasted butter and the taste of seafood are added to create a rich flavor. Ippei-chan's special mayo (mentaiko mayo), mentaiko granules, chili peppers, and sprinkle of chopped seaweed are added to make it a dish that you can enjoy the taste of mentaiko.
