There are rumors that "Senbero" (getting drunk for 1,000 yen) will come true with the abundant snack menu unique to the family restaurant and the double use of the great happy hour (14:00 to 18:00 on weekdays).

So, this time, I grabbed only the 1000-yen bill and went to Jonathan in the middle of the day on weekdays to see how satisfied I could swallow and eat!

◆ Half price of Premol draft beer

Drinks include beer, highball, glass wine, and sangria. The best value is the Suntory The Premium Malt's (draft beer) mug, which usually costs 499 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below) for 249 yen during happy hour. The drink is decided on this.


And an abundant food menu. There are 12 dishes with 250 yen per plate and reasonable snacks. There are 4 "Premium Appetizers" that are a little more expensive.


250 yen snacks include salads, fried silver-stripe round herring, nankotsu, sausages, omelets, and french fries. Even if you order all 12 items, it's 3,000 yen, so I'd like to say "Please give me this all!", But this time there is only 1,000 yen, so 399 yen "Cajun fried chicken (2 pieces)" and 250 yen I ordered "Oven-baked eggplant and tomato".

◆ Chicken is highly recommended

First, take a bite of eggplant and tomato roasted in the oven. Umami-rich meat sauce, fresh and savory eggplant, and soft, sweet and sour tomatoes. These are put together by cheese that grows tightly. If you want to taste the cold beer that you pour in hot and cold beer ...!



And Cajun fried chicken. This is really good, so I recommend it!


The batter is coarse and crispy, and the texture is fragrant, and the meat inside is fluffy and very juicy! It is spicy and refreshingly seasoned with herbal spices, and the beer goes on anyway. What's more, it's more than just a snack.

◆ 970 yen for beer and 2 snacks

Tighten the bill for 970 yen (tax included). I found that for 1,000 yen, you can eat one cup of raw mug and two delicious and hearty side menus.


I wasn't so drunk, but I'm completely satisfied with the heart and stomach of the author (female in her 30s). Are men a little unsatisfactory? On the other hand, if you don't need so much snacks, you can enjoy 2 drinks + 1 snack for less than 1,000 yen.

By the way, the most expensive snack is "healthy lean roast beef" for 599 yen, 1.5 times more meat for 799 yen. As soon as I ask for this, it costs 1,000 yen, but as far as I can see in the picture, it looks delicious, so I will try it at the next opportunity.
