Pablo Mini Zundamochi

Freshly baked cheese tart specialty store PABLOmini will release "Pablo Mini Zundamochi" exclusively at The Mall Sendai Nagamachi on July 15. The price is 300 yen per piece (tax included).

The "Pavlomini Zundamochi" is a local cheese tart inspired by Zundamochi, a well-known specialty of Sendai. The crispy tart is filled with cheese dough, topped with gyuhi (a type of rice cake made with a sweet bean paste), and topped with a generous amount of Zunda-an (sweet red bean paste).



The rich flavor and texture of edamame and the chewy texture and gentle sweetness of gyuhi go well with the rich cheese tart. The size is approximately 6.5 cm in diameter.

The tart will be on special pre-sale at the B1F event hall of Espal Sendai from June 25 to 29, prior to the release date. This is a good chance to taste it before it goes on sale!
