FLIPPER'S "Miracle Pancakes - Melon Pancakes

Souffle pancake specialty restaurant "FLIPPER'S" will start selling a limited menu for early summer, "Miracle Pancakes with Melon" on June 7. The menu will be available until July 10 at a price of 1,400 yen (tax not included).

The "Miracle Pancake Melon Pancake" is a luxurious pancake with melon pulp, aromatic melon cream, and melon gelée. A quarter of a Takami melon, which is characterized by its high juice content and refreshing sweetness, is used.


Two layers of fluffy dough with melon gelée and whipped cream are sandwiched in between for a rich taste. The rich yet light melon cream and gently sweet pancake batter melt in the mouth with a mellow melon aroma.

Miracle Pancake Yubari Melon

Starting July 2, "Miracle Pancake Yubari Melon" will be available for nine days only until July 10. This "premium" dish is made with juicy, richly sweet Yubari melon from Hokkaido. The price is 1,600 yen (tax not included).
