The holiday season limited menu will be on sale from December 11th to January 8th, 2018 at the souffle pancake specialty store "FLIPPER'S".

"Miracle Pancake Snow Strawberry" is a premium dish made by flippers for the first time in two layers of thick dough baked 1.5 times larger than usual. Between the delicate dough that sways and shakes, sweet and sour strawberry pulp, jelly, and cheese cream are included. It is also topped with plenty of milk cream and large strawberries. The price is 1,400 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

The To go limited "Pancake Pie Strawberry Custard" is a one-handed dessert with fluffy dough sandwiched between crispy pies. Sandwiched with custard, homemade strawberry sauce and fresh strawberries. The price is 350 yen.


From December 15th to 25th of the Christmas season, "Miracle Pancake Snow White Strawberry" will be available for 20 meals each day. It is topped with a rare white strawberry "light snow" that has a strong sweetness and aroma. You can enjoy the mariage of fruits and cream. The price is 1,600 yen.
