Flippers is a souffle pancake specialty store with the concept of "the best dish". The signature menu is "miracle pancakes" carefully made with carefully selected ingredients. Limited edition matcha flavored products are also available at the Kyoto store.

Miraculous pancakes Uji matcha

"Miracle Pancake Uji Matcha Tsukushi" is a dish of "Matcha Tsukushi" that uses plenty of Uji Matcha in the dough in addition to the topping cream, gelato, and raw chocolate. It is served with ichigo daifuku made from matcha bean paste. Along with the sweetness of the dough, the bittersweet and elegant aroma spreads. The price is 1,300 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). Offer until June 30th.

Pancake pie matcha

"Pancake pie matcha" is a Japanese flavor of the popular product "Pancake pie" from existing stores. A crispy puff pastry sandwiched with matcha-flavored pancakes and bean paste, white chocolate ganache, and maple custard cream. The price is 400 yen.

Honkuzu ice cream

"Honkuzu Ice" is an ice candy of "Kyoto Honkuzu Ice" using Yoshino Honkuzu. Three flavors of Uji matcha, fruit, and mandarin orange will be developed. It seems that you can enjoy a chewy texture that is peculiar to this kudzu. The price starts from 540 yen.
