The Yokohama Motomachi store of the souffle pancake specialty store "FLIPPER'S" will open in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture on January 25th.

Flippers is a souffle pancake specialty store with the concept of "the best dish". "Miracle pancakes" carefully made with carefully selected ingredients will be provided.

In commemoration of the opening of the Yokohama Motomachi store, "Miracle Pancake Beni no Yume Apple Pie" using red flesh apple "Kurenai Yume" and moderately sour "Koutama" has appeared in all stores.
