Komeda Coffee Shop "Jericho Milk Coffee" and "Jericho Cafe Mocha"

Dessert drinks "Jericho Milk Coffee" and "Jericho Cafe Mocha" are on sale at Komeda Coffee stores (excluding some stores). The price is 600 yen each (tax included).

Jericho is a coined word that combines "coffee jelly + coffee". A dessert drink based on Komeda's original iced coffee with jelly prepared at the store.

Milk coffee

A cup to enjoy the taste of popular milk coffee. Whipped cream is topped on a drink with plenty of coffee jelly.

New work

The way to enjoy Jericho is "drink, eat, mix". First of all, enjoy the mellow sweetness of milk coffee. Jelly comes out from a slightly thick straw. The sharp bitterness of jelly is added to the deep richness. At first, the milky taste is strong, but the aftertaste is refreshing coffee.

Plenty of jelly inside

When you mix the whole, the flavor becomes richer. By melting the whipped cream, you can enjoy a richer taste. It has a good balance of sweetness and bitterness, and is perfect as a snack when you want to take a break.

Cafe mocha

"Cafe Mocha", which was popular in 2016, has been renewed. The base uses iced cocoa instead of iced coffee and is accompanied by chocolate sauce.

Just a "drinking dessert"

Since it is based on cocoa, it has a stronger sweetness than milk coffee. The mellow cacao scent spreads all at once. It's rich but not too heavy thanks to the coffee jelly. It moderately softens the sweetness and leads to a refreshing aftertaste.

Children seem to like it too

In addition, we also have a lineup of "Jericho Ganso" (560 yen including tax) that combines iced coffee, coffee jelly and whipped cream. It seems fun to compare the three Jericho, which are particular about the gradation of ivory, brown, and black.
