"Kens Cafe Tokyo Supervised Matcha Tart ~ Uji Matcha x White Chocolate ~" jointly developed by FamilyMart and Ken's Cafe Tokyo is on sale from April 17th at FamilyMart, Circle K, and Sunkus. The price is 178 yen (tax included).
This is a tart supervised by Ken's Cafe Tokyo using Uji matcha from Kyoto prefecture. In order to maximize the taste of high-quality matcha, white chocolate that goes well with matcha is hidden in the bottom to accentuate the taste. It has a rich yet refreshing aftertaste, and is said to be compatible with coffee and black tea as well as Japanese tea.
