Kaminarimon Maruka "Tenzaru"

"Kaminarimon Maruka" is about a 1-minute walk from Asakusa Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. It is a long-established soba restaurant founded in 1887.

The one I ordered was "Tenzaru". The price is 1,550 yen (tax included). This shop uses buckwheat flour carefully selected by Otoineppu, Hokkaido. The soup stock does not use any preservatives, additives, or chemical seasonings, and it seems that the bonito tastes good.

Tenzaru

A thin soba that you can enjoy a comfortable throat. Although the scent peculiar to buckwheat is not so much felt, the moderate elasticity and the lightness that slips into the mouth are ◎. It is finished in a refreshing taste.

Shrimp and green pepper tempura fried in light sesame oil. Speaking of greed, I would like to have a little more "freshly fried crispy feeling", but shrimp are full and satisfying to eat.

There are a total of 70 seats (40 seats on the 1st floor, 30 seats on the 2nd floor), and the number of seats is large. The atmosphere inside the store was easy for foreign tourists and students to order. Recommended when you want to enjoy refreshing and light soba!
