The new menu "PBJ French Toast" will be released on March 23, exclusively at the LUMINE Shinjuku store of the restaurant "Sarabeth" that originated in New York. The price is 1,600 yen (excluding tax). The sale period is until May 20th.
This is a French toast inspired by the classic American home-cooked lunch "Peanut Butter & Jerry Sandwich (PBJ for short)". Sarabeth's special Haller bread with a hint of butter is baked with a rich peanut butter filling.
The creamy peanut butter filling that melts from the dough goes perfectly with the acidity of the raspberry sauce and berries, making it an addictive taste.
