The double-layered cherry blossom double fromage is a two-layered cheesecake made by layering fluffy cherry blossom rare cheese mousse on rich cherry blossom rare cheese. The finish is topped with a fine pink sponge. You can also enjoy the light difference in texture.


On the other hand, the specially selected egg pudding a la mode is finished with pudding and bavarois made from "Egroyale" eggs, topped with strawberries, cherries and kiwifruit.
