Three seasonal cakes with the theme of "strawberry and cheese" will be released on February 15th at the raw cake dealer in Ginza Cozy Corner. The price is 464 yen each (tax included).

"Strawberry and Pistachio Cheese Short" is a cake made by sandwiching cheese mousse and strawberry jam with a pistachio sponge. Finished with raspberry glasage. Sweet and sour strawberries and creamy cheese mousse match.


"Strawberry cheese tart" is a tart made by layering cheese custard and matcha-flavored sponge on tart dough and finishing with cheese cream and strawberry cream. You can enjoy the refreshing acidity of cheese and strawberries.


"Cheese Trio" is a cake made by layering cheese mousse and fromage blanc mousse on top of baked cheese. You can feel the deep richness of the three layers of cheese.
