The seasonal "Shiro Noir Cute" is on sale from January 29th at Komeda Coffee. The price is 730 yen (tax included, some stores have different prices).
Sandwich with Danish pastry using strawberry "Amaou" from Fukuoka prefecture. Topped with raspberry sauce, soft serve ice cream and fiantine. Finish with cherry-colored petal-shaped chocolate.
As the name suggests, the pink bean paste and sauce are very cute! It is said to be "the cutest Shiro Noir in Komeda history".
Order Mini Shiro Noir Cute (500 yen)
The outside of Danish pastry is crispy, and the inside is moderately airy and light. A deep richness is released from the hot dough. It is a thick and sticky rice cake that catches it. The refreshing strawberry flavor melts in and delivers spring to your mouth.
