This is an "authentic Italian" hot sandwich that is toasted with a generous amount of basil chicken, Italian smoked mozzarella cheese, and vegetables on a flatbread with a chewy texture. Tomatoes, peppers and onions are toasted with chicken and cheese. Seasoned with tomato sauce.
