At the pancake specialty store "Happy Pancakes", three special menus have appeared in a row. Pancakes using seasonal fruits such as strawberries and apples will be released one after another.

First of all, "Rose and domestic strawberry pancakes" (1,580 yen, tax included, same below) will be on sale from January 17th. The menu, which was pre-sold at the Ginza store in December of last year (2017) and had a great response, will be revived at all stores at a low price.


A pancake made with homemade rose petal sauce and plenty of fresh domestic strawberries. The moment you eat a bite, the sweet and sour strawberry and the mellow rose scent spread. Limited time until January 31st.

Next, on January 24th, the Japanese-style pancake "Black Sesame Kinako Walnut Pancake" (1,350 yen) will be on sale exclusively at the Kanazawa store.


It is topped with a rich sauce of black sesame, fragrant walnuts with black soybean flour, and black pepper and hail that tightens with accents.

Furthermore, on February 1st, "Apple Pancakes with Domestic Apple Red Dream and Greek Yogurt Sauce" (1,380 yen) will be released. Limited to one week until February 7, each store is limited to 20 meals a day.


A refreshing pancake made from the apple variety "Kurenai no Yume" cultivated by Hirosaki University in Aomori Prefecture. In addition to Greek yogurt and sauce, it is a dish that you can enjoy the scent of coconut.
