At each Steak Gusto store, the "Sea Urchin & Steak Fair" will be held from December 21st as the last fair of the year. Limited time until January 15, 2018.

During the period, a special menu that combines "meat" and "raw sea urchin" will appear in a limited quantity. The base steak is a thick slice of the rare part "Ichibo" that can be taken less than 1% from one cow. Here, carefully selected raw sea urchin is topped.


The fair target menus are as follows. Both come with a healthy salad bar.

In addition to the usual 30g (1.06oz) of sea urchin, you can also choose double 60g (2.12oz). In addition, as a "secret trick" that is not on the menu, you can also make an additional order for raw sea urchin, "Chase". There is no doubt that you will be satisfied even if you like sea urchin.
