I would like to introduce the "Tips Setouchi Lemon Cake" that I found at KALDI Coffee Farm because it was delicious. An adult dessert made by impregnating a cake with lemon zest with the liqueur "Limoncello", which is made by soaking Setouchi lemon. The price is 248 yen (tax included) per piece.

The donut-shaped cake is soaked with limoncello and has a very moist texture. When you put it in your mouth, it unwinds and spreads a soft sweetness that matches the acidity of lemon. The flavor of Limoncello is refreshing and gorgeous!


The occasional bitterness of the lemon zest is a nice accent. It is an adult taste. I don't really feel the peculiar habit of alcohol, but eating a few mouthfuls makes me feel good. People who are vulnerable to alcohol should be careful.


It goes well with wine as well as coffee and tea! How about a dessert at night or a snack on holidays?
