I imagined it to be a trolley like raw caramel, but it feels like a spoon. It has a smooth mouthfeel and is chewy and elastic.



The taste is raw caramel itself. The richness of the milk and the faint aroma melt together, and it's very delicious! The pudding that seems to have condensed the taste of the egg adds richness. Raw caramel, pudding, and vanilla beans in places. I'm so satisfied that I don't need anything else.


I also bought "Hanabatatake Homemade Mascarpone Tiramisu". A sponge soaked in coffee is hidden in the layer of cheese. Cocoa powder is on the surface.
