This is a cheese tart layered with fragrant Earl Gray cream and squeezed with a generous amount of cream that combines Anno potato and custard from Tanegashima, Kagoshima prefecture. The surrounding area is topped with bite-sized Daigaku-imo without any gaps, giving it a warm autumn-winter look.
