The hamburger shop "FIRE HOUSE" is a 3-4 minute walk from Hongo Sanchome Station. I also went to this restaurant, which is famous for offering super juicy and hearty hamburgers!


When I headed for after 14:00 on weekdays, the store was already full. Wait for about 15 minutes and you will be taken to the counter seat. The atmosphere is such that couples, couples, office workers, friend groups and customers are separated and easy to enter by themselves. The interior of the store was finished in a stylish space with an American taste.




I ordered "Avocado Burger" and iced tea as a set drink. A total of 1,566 yen (tax included). From 11:00 to 16:00 on weekdays, there is a service where you can add drinks, soups and desserts to all foods at a reasonable price.


The hamburger that was delivered 7 to 8 minutes after ordering is quite large. It was thicker than I expected, so I gave up holding it in my hand and decided to cut it with a knife and fork.


This voluminous feeling and thickness that you can see more by cutting from the center. The gravy that overflows slowly is irresistible.


The gravy patties are just juicy! It feels a little salty when eaten alone, but you can enjoy it in a well-balanced manner by squeezing it with fresh and mellow avocado to bring out the deliciousness of each ingredient.


The buns are also quite delicious. The outside is refreshing and the inside is fluffy, and the taste of the sandwiched ingredients is soaked in! Before I ate it, I thought, "Isn't it so voluminous and tired of it ...?" The more I ate it, the more addictive it was.


The potatoes are so fluffy that it's hard to hold them in your hands. The fresh pickles make your mouth feel refreshed. By the time I finish eating, I'm pretty full. The values for hamburgers have changed.
