"Golden pumpkin pudding pancake" is a dish that you can enjoy pancakes and pudding at the same time. A smooth homemade pumpkin pudding is topped on a dough kneaded with the golden pumpkin "Kuririn" from Hokkaido, which is said to have a sugar content of 25% or more.
