We tried the "Black Bean Salted Daifuku" from Otafuku-an in Kyoto, which was praised by Matsuko Deluxe! Soft Shiga Haniue rice cake with black soybeans is wrapped in a fluffy salted daifuku (rice cake with red beans) and filled with azuki beans produced in Tokachi, Hokkaido.
