Autumn hot sweets landed for the first time in Japan at DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY TOKYO, which sells " cronuts". Two types, "Magic Souffle" and "Lobster Pretzel", will be on sale from September 19th. The price is 850 yen each (excluding tax).

Magic Souffle is a "cube-shaped" hot dessert that is made by wrapping melted chocolate in "fluffy" chocolate souffle and then wrapping it in "crispy" orange-flavored brioche. It was developed by owner chef Dominique because he didn't like the traditional crumbled souffle. You can enjoy the three textures of "saku, fluffy, and toro" at once.

The lobster pretzel, on the other hand, is a unique dish in the shape of a lobster tail. The pretzel dough bread is stuffed with peanut cream and butter crunch. It was developed by Dominique, inspired by New Yorkers eating lobster all summer. Hot sweets that you can taste by tearing your favorite part by hand and dipping it in "honey butter" like eating lobster.
