New menus "Mushroom / Lotus Root & Roast Chicken Mustard Flavor" and "Salmon & Mascarpone Basil Sauce" will be released on September 2nd at each Subway store.


Mushroom, lotus root & roast chicken Mustard flavor is a sandwich with roast chicken and mushroom and lotus root salad finished with mustard mayonnaise. For roast chicken, the brand chicken "Saisaidori" from Iwate prefecture is used. You can enjoy the crispy texture of lotus root and the spicy flavor of mustard mayonnaise. The price is 490 yen (tax included, same below).

Salmon & mascarpone basil sauce is a sandwich of smoked salmon and mascarpone cheese. Chilean trout salmon smoked with maple wood chips and mascarpone cheese made from 100% Hokkaido milk are combined and finished with a refreshing basil sauce. The price is 520 yen.
