Crayfish plates, named after the Swedish crayfish party, will be on sale from July 30th to August 9th at the restaurants of each IKEA store. The price is 500 yen (tax included).


The "Crayfish Party" is Sweden's annual summer event and will be held in August when crayfish fishing is lifted. Participants wear paper pointed caps and aprons and enjoy dishes such as red-boiled crayfish and snaps (distilled liquor) on a table set outdoors.


The crayfish plate provided by IKEA is a set of crayfish, mussels, clams, squid, shrimp with shells, and red snow crab claws. Includes side dishes such as soup and potatoes, and bread. Also, when you place an order, you will receive a shopping coupon worth 200 yen.


The Swedish food market at the hotel also sells packed crayfish that you can enjoy at home.
