In addition, the slightly pink whipped cream attached is topped with granola with a crispy texture. You can enjoy the refreshing taste of early summer.

On the other hand, the "Elua Pancake" (1,650 yen), where you can enjoy French toast and brulee pancakes in one plate, was released at the Shinsaibashi store (Chuo-ku, Osaka), which will celebrate its second anniversary on June 21st. "Elua" means "2" in Hawaiian. Served with banana with passion fruit sauce and refreshing yuzu sorbet.

The caramelized French toast has a crispy surface and a fluffy texture inside. Brulee pancakes, which are made by baking rich custard, are said to have a creamy taste that fills your mouth.
