Bacon and eggs bagel with All-Bran is a bagel made by wrapping all-Bran, dice bacon, eggs, and tomato-flavored sauce in a dough containing All-Bran. The surface is topped with cheese. The price is 145 yen.
On the other hand, croissants with All-Bran are baked with Biscuit dough kneaded with All-Bran and Danish pastry. The price is 128 yen.
Each one contains one-third (6.0g (0oz)) of dietary fiber, which is the daily target intake (18g (0.63oz) or more for adult women).
