"Bird cake" is on sale from May 18th to 24th at the "Bird and Friends Exhibition", an event with the theme of "birds" being held at Tokyu Hands Ikebukuro store. It is a "special cake" that is a collaboration between "Patissley Swallowtail" and "Kotori Cafe", which are popular pastry shops for creative cakes.


There are three types of Java sparrow cakes on sale: "Sakura Java Sparrow," "White Sparrow," and "Cinnamon Java Sparrow." The price is 500 yen each (tax included).

Sakura Buncho is a cake that you can enjoy the refreshing flavor of cherry mousse and griot. Shirabuncho is a dish with a gentle taste that combines fromage and apple compote. Cinnamon Java Sparrow is a rich-tasting cake made with cinnamon-flavored caramel chocolate and framboise jam.

The Java sparrow cake "Sakura Java Sparrow" has been available at Kotori Cafe Omotesando since May 19th.
