ca ca o is a store specializing in raw chocolate sweets that handles cacao from Colombia. We sell raw chocolate using rare cacao beans "Trianio seeds".

"Ca ca o eclair," "raw chocolate tart," "kamakura raw chocolate Daifuku," etc. are on sale.

ca ca o Eclairs are sandwiched with flavorful chocolate cream, ganache, and choux pastry. It seems that you can enjoy the contrast of the texture that is "saku, mellow". Two types of "white" and "milk" are prepared. White is 45% white chocolate from Colombia, and milk is a blend of two types of cacao from different regions in Colombia. Both are 350 yen each.


Raw chocolate tart has a smooth filling of raw chocolate base poured into the tart dough. There are three types of fillings: "White", which is a combination of 45% cacao white chocolate with anglaise sauce and cream cheese, "Bitter", which allows you to enjoy 61% cacao chocolate straight, and "Bitter", which is a combination of 70% cacao chocolate and merengue. "Fondant" is prepared. 250 yen each.


Kamakura raw chocolate Daifuku is a raw chocolate daifuku made from Colombian cacao. When it is returned to room temperature, it melts in the mouth, and when it remains cold, you can enjoy the texture like ice cream with chocolate. There are two types: "milk", which uses 41% chocolate from Colombia, and "strawberry", which uses 45% white chocolate from Colombia and freeze-dried strawberries. The price is 1,080 yen for milk and 1,296 yen for strawberries, each containing 6 pieces.
